Managed IT Services Plan
- For new customers, a 1 hour no-charge consultation is offered and recommended before selecting a plan
- A certain hardware standard must be met in order for a service plan to work for both parties
- Maintenance must be paid monthly or quarterly only, and in advance (like rent) in order to retain our services
- A six-month commitment must be made, however service plans can be changed every 3 to 6 months
- Unused hours do not carry-over to the next month
- Monthly bills will be sent for all approved extra hours worked using the hourly rate of your current plan
- Technician’s work logs will be made available upon request
- Response time (per SLA) is achieved when:
- Customer is aware of when technician will arrive via phone, fax, or e-mail
- If the problem cannot be solved quickly over the phone (30 minutes or less), a temporary solution or “work-around” might be offered until the technician arrives safely on-site
Other Expenses
Any additional hardware or major tools or supplies that our customer does not supply on the job site will be billed accordingly to our customer upon approval.
